I decided to create a range of high quality mock-ups for the final outcome of my COP2 practical work. I did this because in a commercial real life context, designers would have to pitch their ideas for an exhibition branding project to a gallery or artist before actually sending them to print. Mock-ups are an invaluable tool in today's design world, because they allow you to evaluate and test the effectiveness of a design without the need to use paper, ink and other resources. This means adjustments can easily be made based on feedback. I am going to use these professional mock-ups to create a pitch presentation which would be used to pitch the exhibition and its branding/identity to the Barbican centre if this were to be a real life show.
